How to request a refund

Email us at support@aimoney.studio within 14 days of your purchase with your order confirmation. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• You do not need to provide a reason — no questions asked.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Creem.io.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or where a resale license has already been exercised.
